The Reservation Deposit is due when booking a reservation. Upon actual receipt of payment of the Reservation Deposit, the HOUSE Rental Agreement will be mailed to RENTER confirming the reservation. Total Rental Payment and the completed and signed HOUSE Rental Agreement must be returned to MARINE not less than 45 calendar days prior to Start Date, or RENTER's reservation will be subject to cancellation.
DepositsUpon payment of the Total Rental Payment, the Reservation Deposit becomes the Security Deposit. The Security Deposit will be applied to outstanding charges, including, but not limited to, any damage to the HOUSE; lost or damaged items; late fees and cleaning fees. The Security Deposit is refunded when HOUSE is inventoried, inspected, and found to be clean and undamaged upon return of possession. The acceptance of the Security Deposit is not a waiver of MARINE's right to charge for damages in excess of the Security Deposit.
Cancellation & Return PolicyAny cancellation must be in writing. The Reservation Deposit is non-refundable. Any reservation which is cancelled 45 days or more prior to Departure Date will result in a refund of all monies paid, except the Reservation Deposit. Any reservation which is cancelled less than 45 days prior to Departure Date will result in forfeiture of the Total Rental Payment, but the Security Deposit will be refunded. If the HOUSE is re-rented for the same time period, RENTER will receive a refund equal to the total rental amount so charged to the substitute renter less an additional $20.00 service charge. No refunds will be given for inclement weather, illness, accident, change in plans, personal emergencies, or otherwise.

Check in time is 2:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.

Check out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

Norris Lake - The maximum width of the lake is 1.2 miles with a surface area of 34,200 acres. The watershed area for Norris Lake covers 2,912 square miles. Norris Dam is 265 feet high, and 1860 feet long and is located on the Clinch River at mile marker 79.8 in Campbell and Anderson County, Tennessee.
The reservoir is 129 miles long. Norris Lake and the dam were named for George W. Norris, a U.S. Senator from Nebraska. The dam helps control floods in the area, generates electricity, and helps maintain navigation depth on the Tennessee River. Before reaching the Ohio River the water goes through nine different dams, generating electricity at each one.
The Lake is home to Striped Bass, Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Crappie, Bluegill, Catfish, Carp, and numerous other species of fish, minnows and invertabrates.
